Terms of service
These terms apply when you use AppGravy. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Your account
Keep your login safe and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You're responsible for what happens in your studio, including what your teammates do.
Your content and connected accounts
You own what you create and upload. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. When you connect another service such as TikTok, Meta or App Store Connect, you confirm you're allowed to, and you stay bound by that service's own terms. Nothing is posted, sent or paid for without your approval in AppGravy.
Acceptable use
- Don't use AppGravy to break the law or other platforms' rules, including spam, impersonation or misleading ads.
- Only publish content you have the rights to, including creator content you license and AI-generated media.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
AI features
The agent, writing and media features use AI. Their output can be wrong; review it before you publish or act on it.
Payments to creators
AppGravy helps you track and pay creators. Agreements and payments between you and creators are yours; we're not a party to them.
Availability and changes
We work to keep AppGravy running but can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may change features or these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell you in the app.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using AppGravy at any time and ask us to delete your studio. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
